Our holiday apartments you can feel at home in (renovated in 2022)
Our apartments, named „Alpenrose“ (alpine rose) and “Enzian” ( gentian), each have a size of 80 square meters (= about 860 square feet). From there you have a beautiful view overlooking the mountains of Ultental Valley as well as the lake.
The apartments are furnished with love.
The furniture in the bedrooms as well as in the living room are made of local solid wood. The spruce and pine wood create a healthy room climate and harmonious atmosphere. The parquet floor and the floor heating contribute to the wellbeing of our guests. The wood-burning stove in the kitchen ensures a feeling of coziness and a sense of romance.
Apartment Alpenrose (alpine rose)
Our apartment „Alpenrose“ consists of a kitchen-cum-living room, a separate living room, a master bedroom (queen size), a second bedroom, a bathroom, two balconies and a terrace. Enjoy the view overlooking mountains and the lake from both of your private balconies or relax on a sunbed on your private terrace. You can also enjoy breakfast or a beautiful summer evening meal sitting on your wooden outdoor furniture on your terrace.
You also have satellite TV and free Wi-Fi at your disposal.

In the kitchen you have a ceramic hob, a fridge including a small freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a radio at your disposal.
Bedding and towels
We provide fresh hand and dry towels if required. On request or for longer stays, fresh bed linen will of course also be provided.
Safe
Your valuables are of course safe at our farm. Each flat has a lockable safe.
Vacuum Cleaner & Co
Each flat has brooms, buckets and other cleaning utensils. If you want to vacuum, there is a connection to the central vacuum system in each flat. The hose hangs on the wall in the boiler room. You will find the socket in the hallway.
Phone / Internet
If you would like to make a telephone call, you are welcome to do so in the farmhouse for a fee. Each flat has free WLAN access. You will find the password on the notice board.
Washing, drying, ironing
On request and for a fee, you are welcome to wash, dry and iron at the farmhouse.
Kids' equipment
For your little ones, we are happy to provide a cot, a high chair and a child's seat.
