The prices are for two persons (min. 3 nights and 7 nights in high season) incl. the Ultentalcard. For each additional adult we charge € 25.00.
Children:
- 0-1 year: 0 €
- 1-5 year: 10,00 €
- 6-13 year: 15,00 €
- from 14 year (adult) 25,00 €
For animals (only by arrangement): 20,00 €
local tax: The amount of local tax is determined by the local deliberation of the community where the accommodation in force at the time of stay (Euro 3,10 per person and day over 14 years).
Ultentalcard: The Ultentalcard allows you to use the public bus FREE and thus reach starting point for your hikes. The nearest bus stop is 3.1 km from our farm. A daily cable car ride, entry to the climbing gym, and access to the public outdoor pool in the summer.
Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival, the flat is at your disposal from 14:00. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the flat by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in our flats. The fire risk is high, as there are a lot of wooden elements! Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation insurance: All information on the cancellation insurance and an overview of benefits can be found here.
Cancellation conditions
- We do not charge any cancellation fee up to four weeks before the agreed arrival date.
- We allow ourselves to keep the deposit in case of a cancellation from 4 to 2 weeks before the agreed arrival date.
- We allow ourselves to charge 50% of the agreed total price in case of a cancellation from 2 to 1 weeks before the agreed arrival date.
- In case of a cancellation less than one week before the agreed arrival date, we allow ourselves to charge 75% of the agreed total price.
- In case of non-appearance on the agreed arrival date we allow ourselves to charge the agreed total price.
You have the possibility to take out cancellation insurance from “Roter Hahn”.

Services at the farm
Kid’s equipment: We are happy to supply you a baby cot, a high chair or a child's chair for your little darlings.
Sport equipment: We lend hiking poles and in winter toboggans.
Internet and WLAN: You have free WLAN access in your flat.
Shuttle-service: If you are travelling by bus or train, on request we will pick you up from the nearest train or bus station. The bus stop closest to our farm is 3.1 km away.
Towel and bed linen change: If you need fresh towels or bed linen, please contact us. For longer stays, we supply you with fresh towels, dishcloths and tablecloths every week.
Washing and drying: During your holiday, in particular outdoors, clothes inevitably get dirty. We will be happy to do the washing and eventually also the drying for you (for an extra charge). If you do the washing yourself, there is a rotary dryer on your balcony.
Safe: You can safely store your valuables in the safe, which is located in the small cupboard in the double room.
Activities at the farm
Experience everyday rural life
You can experience at first-hand what work has to be done on a mountain farm in the course of the year. You are also welcome to help with the hay harvest, should it fall during your holiday, and in the stable. However, we ask you to visit the stables only with one of the farmer's family members present, and if possible during stable work in the mornings or evenings, because the animals need their rest outside these times. In addition, there are certain safety rules to be observed in the stable.
Guided farm tour
We would be happy to show you our farm in detail and answer any questions you may have about it, the surroundings and the Ulten Valley.
Outdoor-activities
We offer our guests the opportunity to have a barbecue. You will find the small charcoal barbecue in the small shaft next to the heating room at the Enzian holiday flat.
Please always be extremely careful with open fires, especially when it is windy.
Our little guests are welcome to let off steam in our playground or in the sandbox next to the farmhouse. You will find a table football between the farmhouse and the barn.
In the living room of each flat, you will also find various board games.
Living room
At ground level in the farmhouse, you will find our farmhouse living room, which also serves as a lounge.
The Stube, as it is called in the alpine regions, was very carefully disassembled from the old farmhouse, which was pulled down, and built into the new farmhouse by Georg and his sons. The cosy, picturesque Stube is the ideal place for a coffee party and cosy get-together.
You will also find various board games in the farmhouse parlour, as well as our small but fine library.
